Job summary

Highline Storage Partners is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee property upkeep across multiple Georgia locations including Cumming, Statham, Dawsonville, Monroe, Winder, and Lilburn. The role reports to the Area or District Manager and is full-time, hourly, non-exempt.

The position covers property management, maintenance tasks, sales support through ready units, safety compliance, and routine administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal/external customers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving with a professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Maintain property cleanliness and prepare units for rent-ready status.
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and improvements.
• Create and track maintenance requests using Service Channel.
• Inspect security systems and report issues promptly.
• Assist in auction processes and daily operational tasks.
