Job summary

USA Storage Centers seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee property upkeep across multiple Georgia locations, including Cumming and nearby towns. You will manage maintenance tasks, coordinate with contractors, and ensure rent-ready standards.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and professional demeanor.
• Experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing environment preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance for travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property cleanliness and prep vacant units to rent-ready standards.
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and improvements.
• Create and track maintenance requests using Service Channel.
• Support sales and marketing through signage and promotional materials.
• Promote excellent customer relations alongside RCSM and District Manager.
• Perform administrative duties and ensure timely reporting and communications.
• Conduct property inspections and monitor security systems and access.
