Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Multi-Facility Maintenance Specialist to uphold operational efficiency across multiple locations in the assigned territory. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and ensure compliance with brand standards, safety codes, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires managing CMMS work orders, coordinating with vendors, and supporting store openings and renovations while minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive facilities/maintenance experience in retail, manufacturing, or commercial environments.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as Corrigo or FMX and knowledge of building codes and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment across multiple locations within the territory.
• Ensure reliability of lighting, emergency power, security, and life safety systems across properties.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and address safety hazards and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage service contracts to meet cost and quality targets.
• Support store openings, remodels, and relocations with minimal disruption to operations.
