Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Leesport, PA to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities in a manufacturing and distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in maintenance, strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and proven leadership skills. This role focuses on developing preventative maintenance programs, managing budgets, and leading a team of technicians. Candidates should hold an Associates Degree in a technical field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Qualifications
5 years' experience in a maintenance field with practical experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and/or HVAC maintenance.
PIV License, or ability to obtain within 60 days.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.
Oversee equipment installations and upgrades.
Manage maintenance scheduling to minimize production disruptions.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
