Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries in Phoenix seeks a Multi-Facility Maintenance Specialist to maintain efficiency, safety, and appearance of multiple Ashley facilities across the territory. This hands-on role requires independent management of maintenance tasks and coordination with Retail Operations, Construction, Real Estate, Design, and Finance.

You will monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, perform safety inspections, and manage vendor performance using Corrigo or similar

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive facilities or maintenance experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or commercial environments.
• Experience working across multiple facilities or locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems across multiple locations.
• Ensure reliability of lighting, power, security, and safety systems.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify hazards and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate vendor performance and manage CMMS work orders.
• Support project planning for store openings and remodels.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset inventories.
