You will evaluate performance, assist in growth of the custodial team, and manage schedules to meet department goals. Excellent leadership and communication are essential for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in custodial services, facilities management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to make sound employment decisions and manage personnel matters.
• Proficiency with inventory management and work order systems.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution of custodial supplies and equipment.
• Place work orders for facility repairs and track requests for timely completion.
• Conduct regular building inspections to ensure safe, sanitary, and compliant conditions.
• Research, test, and implement new technology and methods to improve performance.
