Job summary

The Facilities Supervisor will oversee hourly Technicians and daily maintenance of multiple school facilities, coordinating with operations to meet corporate goals. You will manage vendors, supervise scheduling, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across sites.

Responsibilities span maintenance, capital projects support, and implementing best practices for field teams while driving efficiency and high performance in facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory maintenance role preferred.
• Experience with work order management systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with center operations to execute strategic pillars.
• Support development and implementation of best practices for the field team to drive results.
• Manage third-party service providers; schedule work and communicate scope and timing with leadership.
• Ensure efficiency and productivity of Facilities Technicians and oversee scheduling, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Develop contractor/vendor relationships to maintain cost competitiveness and SLAs.
• Act as SME for center operations and Facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance (CPSC playground safety).
• Plan capital equipment purchases to support and improve facilities portfolio.
• Communicate for continuous process improvement and run a high-performing repair program.
• Schedule travel to fulfill requirements and provide in-person time with teams and providers.
• Maintain a safe working environment per company safety policies.
