Job summary

Mark-Taylor in Surprise, AZ, is seeking a Multi-Site Manager of Facilities and Service to lead on-site maintenance teams at Estia Surprise Farms and Estia Windrose. You will oversee hands-on repairs and upkeep to keep our communities running smoothly and deliver the five-star service residents expect.

The role requires advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and OSHA standards, plus EPA, CPO or OSHA certifications.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• OSHA-related standards knowledge.
• Industry certifications such as EPA, HVAC, CPO, or OSHA required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader for the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee and execute the hands-on maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.
• Perform consistent inspections and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures.
• Manage daily inventory of apartment homes to support leasing efforts, including Make-Ready and Turn Board.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect the property for safety hazards and correct them.
• Share rotating on-call duty and respond after hours if needed.
• Complete Weekly Service Report in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Mark-Taylor safety protocols and procedures.
• Train and mentor Service Technicians and Facilities Technicians.
• Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, inventories, pool chemical logs, make-ready and turn units.
• Maintain excellent customer service and rapport with residents and team members.
• Capital project oversight, bidding, and execution.
