Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) for Mezzo Desert Ridge in Desert Ridge, AZ. You will lead a team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers to keep communities running smoothly and provide five-star service to residents.

The role requires advanced trade knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and more), industry certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA), and prior supervisory experience.

Formación

• CPO Required.
• Advanced knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA standards.
• One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• Three or more years' experience working as a Maintenance Technician, Apartment Turn Technician, Service Technician, Make-Ready Technician, or Work Order Technician.
• 1 year working as a Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, Building Engineer or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee and execute hands-on maintenance duties to maintain and enhance community value.
• Perform inspections, diagnose problems, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures.
• Manage daily inventory of apartment homes to support leasing efforts and Make-Ready/Turn Board.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and correct them.
• Share rotating on-call duty and respond after hours in uniform/badge.
• Complete Weekly Service Report in a timely manner.
• Follow Mark-Taylor safety protocols and procedures.
• Participate in training classes.
• Train and mentor technicians.
• Keep records of preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, inventories, logs.
