Mark-Taylor, Inc. is hiring a Multi-Site Manager of Facilities and Service at Estia Surprise Farms and Estia Windrose in Surprise, AZ. You will lead a team of Service Technicians and Facilities Technicians, perform hands-on maintenance, and uphold high service standards across communities.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and OSHA standards.
• Industry certifications such as EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA.
• Service orientation and strong English communication.
• Three+ years as maintenance roles; 1+ year leadership.
• Basic written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to maintain and enhance community value.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and other areas.
• Manage inventory and support leasing through Make-Ready planning.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and respond to after-hours needs.
• Maintain accurate preventive maintenance and inspection records.

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $35.00/hour.
• All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
• Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications.***

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge in the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• Service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Three or more years' experience working as a Maintenance Technician, Apartment Turn Technician, Service Technician, Make-Ready Technician, or Work Order Technician.
• 1 year working as a Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, Building Engineer or similar.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

In This Role You Will

• Serve as the leader for the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee and execute the hands-on maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.
• Perform consistent inspections, diagnosing problems, and making necessary repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling, appliances, and exterior structures.
• Manage the daily inventory of apartment homes in order to support leasing efforts, including managing the Make-Ready, Turn Board.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect the property for safety hazards that may pose a liability and correct the hazards.
• Share rotating on-call duty with service team members and readily available to go the property after hours if needed and in uniform/badge.
• Complete Weekly Service Report in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Mark-Taylor safety protocols, programs, policies and procedures.
• Participate in training classes.
• Train and mentor Service Technician and Facilities Technicians.
• Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, inventories, pool chemical logs, make‑ready and turn units.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive rapport with all residents and team members.
• Capital project oversight, bidding, and execution.
