Mark-Taylor is looking for a Multi-Site Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) in Scottsdale, AZ to lead a team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers. You will perform hands-on maintenance, manage inventories, and coordinate vendors to keep communities running smoothly.

You will oversee safety, training, and records, with on-call rotations and opportunities for certification pay.

Qualificações

• 1-year minimum in multifamily Maintenance Manager/Supervisor role.
• Advanced knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Pool, HVAC, Carpentry and related maintenance tasks.
• One or more industry certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• Service orientation and customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer skills.
• Three+ years in Maintenance Technician roles (Make-Ready, Work Order, etc.).
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to preserve community value.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry and related systems.
• Manage Make-Ready and Turn Board; monitor inventory.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect for safety hazards and address issues.
• Support after-hours on-call rotations in uniform.
• Maintain records for preventative maintenance, inspections, and logs.
• Uphold Mark-Taylor safety policies and participate in trainings.
• Mentor technicians and maintain positive resident relations.
• Oversee capital projects including bidding and execution.

Compensation:

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $35.00-$37.00/hour.
• All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
• Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications.***

Requirements

• 1-year minimum working as a Maintenance Manager/Supervisor required for multifamily.
• Advanced knowledge in the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• Service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Three or more years' experience working as a Maintenance Technician, Apartment Turn Technician, Service Technician, Make-Ready Technician, or Work Order Technician.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

In This Role You Will:

• Serve as the leader for the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee and execute the hands-on maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.
• Perform consistent inspections, diagnosing problems, and making necessary repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling, appliances, and exterior structures.
• Manage the daily inventory of apartment homes in order to support leasing efforts, including managing the Make-Ready, Turn Board.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect the property for safety hazards that may pose a liability and correct the hazards.
• Share rotating on-call duty with service team members and readily available to go the property after hours if needed and in uniform/badge.
• Complete Weekly Service Report in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Mark-Taylor safety protocols, programs, policies and procedures.
• Participate in training classes.
• Train and mentor Service Technician and Facilities Technicians.
• Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, inventories, pool chemical logs, make-ready and turn units.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive rapport with all residents and team members.
• Capital project oversight, bidding, and execution.
