Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee maintenance across Phoenix & Glendale communities. You will lead Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers, ensuring preventative maintenance and safety standards while delivering five-star resident service.

Able to manage multiple communities, coordinate vendors, and drive performance with strong leadership and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 3 years as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily property management.
• Extensive experience in multifamily maintenance operations across multiple communities.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, carpentry, appliances, and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with residents and teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for coordinating across properties.
• Ability to establish quality control standards and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Industry certifications such as EPA, HVAC, CPO or OSHA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to maintain community value.
• Conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, and carpentry.
• Manage inventory and turnover support, including Make-Ready and Turn Board.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect for safety hazards and correct them promptly.
• Share on-call duty with team members and respond after hours when needed.
• Maintain documentation for preventive maintenance, inspections, and inventory.
• Coordinate safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and uphold exceptional resident relations.
