Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) at Nacona in Glendale, AZ. You will lead a team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians and Housekeepers to keep communities running smoothly while delivering five-star service.

The role requires advanced knowledge across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool and carpentry, plus EPA/HVAC/CPO/OSHA certifications. On-call rotation and safety compliance are key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance and HVAC systems.
• Experience with carpentry, landscaping and appliances maintenance.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to maintain community value.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring and carpentry.
• Manage Make-Ready and Turn Board to support leasing efforts.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Ensure safety and conduct post-hours on-call as required.
• Document preventative maintenance, inspections and inventories.
• Maintain resident relations with high service standards.
