Job summary

Molecular Epidemiology, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Handyman to support maintenance across multiple properties in the greater Seattle area. Suitable candidates will have experience in electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry, along with a high school diploma or GED.

The position offers a competitive pay of $21.00 – $22.00 per hour and includes a variety of benefits after a brief waiting period.

Candidates must be flexible with working hours, including weekends, and should not have severe food allergies due to the lab environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with minor electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry required.
• Ability to regularly lift 50–100 lbs.
• A valid US driver’s license issued at least 5 years prior.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and upkeep of commercial and residential buildings.
• Perform typical work site duties including lifting and climbing.
