Job summary

Era Living, LLC is seeking a Regional Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the Home Office Maintenance team in downtown Seattle, WA. The role covers routine and preventative maintenance across eight communities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical tasks.

Candidates should have maintenance experience, a valid WA driver’s license, and the ability to travel between communities. Competitive benefits and a robust vacation/holiday schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Washington driver’s license and clean record.
• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Trades apprenticeship or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across eight Era Living communities.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, lighting, and carpentry issues.
• Assist in training community maintenance staff.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and document work orders.
• Travel between communities as needed within the Seattle area.
