Qualifications

• 6–14 years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent or similar field role.
• Experience with large-scale lighting and electrical construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office is required.
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction sites and coordinate schedules, safety, and field trades.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and RFIs; ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Provide updates to upper management; coordinate permits, approvals, and invoicing.
