Job summary

i2G is seeking an Electronic Security Operations Superintendent to provide multi-site oversight across active projects. You will ensure site teams are resourced, aligned to priorities, and operate within safety and governance standards.

You will act as a critical support layer between Site Leads and Field Operations, removing barriers to execution and maintaining operational stability across programs.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Operational Oversight: monitor execution status across active sites.
• Site Leadership Support & Enablement: assist site leads and align on priorities.
• Field Readiness & Coordination: resolve access, logistics, and readiness gaps.
• Safety Oversight: enforce safety standards and escalate risks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with PMs and engineering teams.
• Blocker Identification & Escalation: surface issues beyond site authority and track resolution.
