Job summary

LotusWorks seeks an experienced EHS Site Specialist to provide embedded health and safety support to our O&M teams at semiconductor campuses across the United States. This field-forward role ensures personnel work safely, compliantly, and in alignment with LotusWorks EHS standards and site requirements.

You will report to the O&M Manager and EHS Manager, maintaining program consistency, document control, and regulatory compliance across all sites while promoting proactive safety culture and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or related field preferred.
• Associate’s degree with significant field experience will be considered.
• OSHA 30 certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide embedded daily EHS presence during O&M operations at designated campuses.
• Conduct field observations of technicians and ensure safety compliance.
• Support incident reporting, investigation, and CAPA processes.
• Lead or assist with near misses, good catches, and safety trainings.
• Manage PPE inspections, LOTO, and hazard controls.
• Coordinate with site EHS, facilities, and O&M teams for safety requirements and permits.
