Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Multi-Site EHS Coordinator to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across our Kansas City, MO campus and additional sites in Bridgeton, MO and Richmond, KY. You will drive a proactive safety culture with on-floor leadership, standardized EHS systems, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in manufacturing EHS leadership, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of ISO 14001/45001, OSHA

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of EHS leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multiple facilities or multi-site operations.

• Coach employees on hazard identification and risk reduction.
