The position emphasizes leadership, cross-site coordination, and ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing teams.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple teams.
• 5+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong background in customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to build capable teams.
• Oversee operations at multiple car wash sites within your area.
• Strategize, forecast, and perform audits to maintain quality.
• Communicate with Site Managers to align goals and measure performance.
• Collaborate with VP Ops and Maintenance for growth and site upkeep.
