Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to coach and train staff, support daily operations, and help the General Manager run a smooth, high-energy car wash.

You will recruit and onboard new hires, build strong customer relationships, ensure safety, and keep the site clean and welcoming. If you have 4+ years in customer service and leadership, this fast-paced role rewards initiative and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• 4+ years of Shift Lead or Management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop:Coach, motivate, and train staff to perform at their best.
• Support Daily Operations:Assist the General Manager with day-to-day decisions.
• Recruit & Train:Participate in recruiting and onboarding new hires.
• Customer Engagement:Build relationships and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain Site Excellence:Oversee equipment upkeep, cleanliness and overall site presentation.
• Safety First:Ensure safety protocols are followed to protect staff and customers.
• Administrative Support:Handle paperwork, inventory, and documentation meticulously.
