Job summary

Tierra Encantada is seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, performance, and compliance of corporate child care centers across Wheat Ridge, Englewood, and Westminster in the Denver area. The role reports to the Director of Field Operations and emphasizes leadership of center directors and district staff.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, mostly on site with one remote work day.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple child care centers or schools.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and drive enrollment and profitability.
• Willingness to travel within district to visit centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of district centers, ensuring policy and quality adherence.
• Monitor KPIs: enrollment, revenue, staffing, customer satisfaction, expenses.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of center directors and district staff.
• Collaborate with center directors on budgeting, staffing, and onboarding.
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with company values.
