Job summary

Tierra Encantada is hiring a District Manager for the greater Denver metropolitan area to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple centers in Wheat Ridge, Englewood, and Westminster, Colorado. You will ensure centers meet company standards, operate smoothly, and hit financial and operational targets.

This full-time, exempt role is mainly on-site with 4 days in the centers and 1 day per week from home. The starting salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on qualifications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of multi-site management experience in early childhood education or related industry.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within district to centers and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple centers in district, ensuring policy compliance and quality standards.
• Drive enrollment growth and optimize staffing and scheduling for cost efficiency.
• Provide coaching and development for center directors and district staff.
• Develop and manage budgets for each center and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing, and regulatory compliance across all centers.
• Represent Tierra Encantada in the district and engage with parents and community partners.
• Support strategic growth plans and potential new site openings.
