Job summary

Tierra Encantada, based in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring a District Manager for the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area to oversee day-to-day operations, performance, and compliance of multiple corporate centers within the district.

This on-site leadership role reports to the Director of Field Operations, mentors center directors, drives enrollment and financial efficiency, and ensures safety, licensing, and quality standards across centers, with four days on site and one day for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of multi-site management experience in early childhood education or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the district and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple centers within the district, ensuring policy, procedure, and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs such as enrollment, revenue, staffing, customer satisfaction, and expenses.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of center directors and district staff.
• Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure licensing, health, and safety compliance across all centers.
