Job summary

• Experience in Distribution Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator role within a high-volume warehouse.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze data and implement solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a team-first mindset and customer service orientation.
• Commitment to quality, safety standards, and ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus.
• Proficiency with Eclipse software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and streamline day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, order fulfillment, shipping) while managing budgets.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff and temporary workers.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual inventories; maintain ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Design warehouse layouts to optimize space and workflows; develop supply strategies.
• Coordinate with branches, vendors, and customers to resolve logistics issues and discrepancies.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
