Continental Aerospace Technologies Inc is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

You will supervise staff, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with OSHA and quality standards in a fast-paced aerospace parts environment in Mobile, Alabama.

Formación

• 3-5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate daily receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Oversee order fulfillment to achieve high levels of on-time delivery and order accuracy.
• Track and improve key performance metrics, including productivity, inventory accuracy, throughput, overtime, and safety.
• Promote compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment utilizing SS and continuous improvement principles.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Transportation teams to resolve issues and improve customer service.
