Job summary

MI Windows and Doors LLC is seeking a Distribution Manager in Prescott Valley, AZ to lead warehousing across three facilities and drive on-time delivery. You will manage 3PL partnerships, staffing, Lean initiatives, and budget controls to optimize performance and safety.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or significant relevant experience (7–10 years), plus Lean Six Sigma and OSHA credentials. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business admin, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
• APICS CPIM or CLTD certification preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification; Kaizen/ RCA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing across three sites and end-to-end flow of finished goods.
• Direct 3PL fleet services and optimize shipping costs and service levels.
• Plan staffing, training programs, and apply Lean to workflows.
• Drive safety culture and maintain OSHA-compliant operations.
• Establish KPIs for inventory accuracy, shipping speed, and quality.
