Qualifications

• Extensive custodial operations knowledge and safety regs.
• Experience supervising multi-site custodial teams.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing custodial strategies and division-wide initiatives.
• Supervise Custodial Building Managers to lead school-based teams.
• Coordinate with Zone Managers on staffing, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor routine and project-based custodial work across zones.
• Oversee quality assurance and inspection programs and schedules.
• Administer custodial department budget, monitor expenses and procurement.
• Develop training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Manage projects, scheduling, vendors, and progress tracking.
• Develop KPIs and conduct building inspections for continuous improvement.
• Support personnel management including hiring, evaluations, and recognition.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracted custodial services.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
