Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects in the Tampa area. The role reports to the Project Director and requires regular progress updates, coordination with PDs, and active management of payment terms and collections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States; bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and colleagues.
• Coordinates job starts and schedules with customers, and manages payment terms.
• Executes Project Director directions regarding project payment terms and collection of outstanding A/R.
• Uses Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, input and manage work orders, and budgeting.
