Job summary

Milford, OH-based commercial general contractor is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee project execution from preconstruction through completion for banking and other commercial environments.

The role requires coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, clients and owners, with travel 2-3 days per month and the option to work from home one day per week once established.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial/retail construction.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and schedules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, contracts and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Estimating and Operations teams and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule and manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Manage costs, revisions and change orders.
• Travel as needed and maintain project documentation.
