Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable Community Manager to oversee senior and disabled housing communities in Park Falls, Prentice, and Phillips, Wisconsin. This role requires travel between sites and involves coordinating resident meetings, activities, and lease processes.

The ideal candidate has property management experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing laws. Proficiency with Onesite and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of property management or industry related experience required.
• Knowledge of project-based Section 8 or Section 42 experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complexes and vacancies for showings and move-in dates.
• Effectively communicate property features and amenities to prospects.
• Conduct showings of vacant units to interested prospects.
• Greet walk-in traffic and assist visitors during office hours.
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
• Oversee lease paperwork for move-ins/move-outs and renewals.
• Manage rent collection and delinquency matters per policy.
• Maintain resident files and confidential information securely.
