Job summary

ACC Management Group in Wisconsin is hiring a Full-Time Community Manager to oversee Prairie Haus, Wittwer, and Waldmar across New Glarus, Monticello, and Mount Horeb. You will lead daily operations, leasing, and resident relations to meet occupancy goals.

The role requires strong organization, exceptional customer service, and the ability to coordinate maintenance across multiple sites. Travel between communities is expected, with a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years property management or related experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws a plus.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of three apartment communities.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Manage leasing, resident relations, and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance for property conditions.
• Travel between assigned communities as needed.
