Job summary

YES Communities seeks a Community Manager-In-Training in Indiana to learn operations across multiple communities. You will support rent collection, leasing, and marketing plans while developing leadership under supervision.

You will travel to communities, oversee staff development, ensure resident satisfaction, and assist with safety and budget decisions in a growing property-management career.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid in-state driver's license.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain state licensing within 90 days, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and support all assigned communities.
• Manage marketing and advertising plans and oversee sales/leasing.
• Assist with rent collections and eviction processes.
• Resolve resident communications and concerns.
• Provide hands-on leadership and development for team members.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Maintain a positive community environment and safety.
