Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing maintenance operations, vendors, and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
• Comfortable using property management software, maintenance platforms, and technology.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.
• Valid driver's license.

Maintenance Operations Manager

Berger Communities is hiring aMaintenance Operations Managerfor Village Square Apartmentsin Bensalem, PA.We're looking for a leader who enjoys running the business side of maintenance just as much as supporting the team in the field.

In this role, you'll oversee maintenance operations, manage vendors, track budgets and invoices, coordinate apartment turns, and ensure service requests are completed efficiently. You'll spend more time driving operations, supporting your team, and keeping projects on track than performing day-to-day repairs, while still being ready to jump in when needed. $37.50-$39.50/hour, paid biweekly, plus:
