You will work closely with the Community Manager, supervise staff, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service and operational standards across 469 units and 3 buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent accepted with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in daily operations and accounts payable.
• Assist in leasing and maintaining customer service platforms.
• Lead and mentor team; manage resident relations and vendor communications.
• Process invoices, rent charges and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy.
