Apartment Management Consultants in Henderson, NV is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.

You will handle file management, reports, resident requests, move-outs, renewals, and data entry in property management software, while ensuring model apartments are ready for show and keeping a clean workspace. A fast-paced environment requires strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide courteous responses to resident requests using sales techniques.
• Collect monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs with unit visits.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files and enter data into PM software.
• Oversee renter’s insurance procedures for residents.
• Collect deposits and process future residents’ applications.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and keep workspace clean.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, and policies.
• Maintain relationships with apartment locators and local businesses for information material.
• Conduct outreach marketing and monitor competing properties.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Report unusual or extraordinary property/resident circumstances.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
