Meritus Property Group is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance across a portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties in Redmond, Oregon. You will perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and respond to tenant requests to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of commercial building or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial building systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems is expected.
• Ability to operate a CMMS or work order software.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs at assigned commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks per schedule.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and document progress.
• Coordinate access to tenant spaces with minimal disruption.
• Maintain safe, clean, and professional work areas.
