Job summary

Sivers Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on maintenance and field support across eight commercial properties within about 20 miles of Portland. You will work with the Property Manager and leadership, performing inspections, repairs, and documentation while communicating clearly via email, text, and phone.

The role is full-time and hourly, with a schedule that may vary by project, emergencies, and business needs; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and

Responsibilities

• Support Property Manager and leadership with routine maintenance across ~8 commercial properties.
• Conduct property inspections and address maintenance requests.
• Maintain checklists, document issues, and communicate progress.
• Handle on-call needs, emergencies, and project-based scheduling within a 20-mile radius of Portland.

The Maintenance Technician is a hands-on support role for the small employee team that manages and maintains our commercial properties directly for ownership.

You will support the Property Manager and company leadership with routine maintenance and property inspections across approximately 8 commercial properties within roughly a 20-mile radius of Portland.

You must be comfortable with tools, ladders, lifts, checklists, inspections, minor repairs, property clean-up, email, texting, phone communication, and documentation.

It's full-time hourly Tuesday through Saturday, but the schedule may vary based on projects, on-call needs, emergencies, and business needs.
