The University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine is hiring a Clinical Research Project Manager B/C in Philadelphia, PA. This role oversees complex clinical research projects, coordinating multiple sites and ensuring adherence to protocols and SOPs.

You will contribute to protocol development, staff supervision, and grant management. Two levels (B and C) offer increasing leadership scope, with responsibilities spanning design, documentation, budgeting, and dissemination of results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; experience in clinical research preferred.
• Experience coordinating multicenter studies is desirable.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and budget processes for clinical trials.

Responsabilités

• Manage single and/or multi-site clinical research projects (start-up, operations, site communications, recruitment, budgeting).
• Develop and review regulatory submissions, study documents and protocols; assist with SA/IRB processes.
• Assist/post-award finance activities including budgeting, invoicing and grant management.
