University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine is seeking a Research Project Manager A to oversee end-to-end management of clinical and translational studies within the Lab for the Investigation of Autoimmunity Pathogenesis, collaborating across internal departments, institutes, and external sponsors.

The role oversees subject recruitment, study visits, data entry, analysis, and regulatory documentation, with emphasis on data integrity and patient safety. Position contingent upon funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities with exquisite attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, reference management software, and databases such as REDCAP; knowledge of regulatory processes.
• Excellent written and verbal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple research projects.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll potential study subjects as specified per protocol.
• Conduct study visits and collect specimens; monitor and track subjects.
• Prepare IRB documentation including submissions and amendments; coordinate regulatory filings.
• Create data reports and meeting materials for team leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, protocol compliance, and patient safety.
