University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine is seeking two Clinical Project Managers A to support PAIR Center trials focused on improving care for seriously ill patients. You will work with investigators and partners to operationalize protocols, monitor enrollment, supervise staff, and ensure data and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration across clinical sites, data management, and reporting, with responsibilities spanning study design, metrics, and manuscript

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of prior experience in complex health services research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage scope, timelines, and budget of a large study. Desirable experience with trials, data management, and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Oversee implementation of study protocols with investigators and clinical site partners.
• Manage daily operations of clinical trials: enrollment, adherence, milestones, and staff supervision.
• Coordinate with data managers/analysts on databases, EHR interventions, reports, and data processing.
• Interface with clinical sites to ensure consistent study implementation and quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for clinical research, including IRB submissions and sponsor reports.
• Contribute to proposal development, study design, and manuscript preparation.
