Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine, seeks a Clinical Research Project Manager A to oversee PAIR Center trials. You will coordinate study protocols, monitor enrollment, ensure compliance, and supervise staff across clinical sites to meet timelines and budgets.

You will work closely with principal investigators, data managers, and analysts to drive data quality, analysis, and reporting, while contributing to proposals and manuscripts throughout the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of prior experience in complex health services research.
• Ability to manage the scope, timelines, and budget of a large study.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor study enrollment and protocol adherence across sites.
• Supervise research staff and liaise with data managers and analysts.
• Facilitate data processing, analysis plans, and reporting for study monitoring.
• Contribute to proposal development, study design, and manuscript writing.
