Qualifications

• BA/BS or Master’s with relevant experience in research and clinical study methodologies.
• Experience with IRB submissions and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.
• Proficiency with REDCap, Excel, and other clinical research databases and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop study workflows and coordinate participant visits, testing, and appointment coverage.
• Provide operational oversight for one or more large-scale clinical research studies with logs, calendars, and tracking tools.
• Lead implementation of new and existing study protocols and train research staff.
• Design, develop, and maintain case report forms (CRFs) and databases in REDCap; monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents including IRB submissions; train staff on regulatory processes.
• Supervise assigned research personnel and manage performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other project managers to ensure cross-coverage and consistency.
• Partner with clinical and operational staff to integrate research activities into clinical operations.
