Job summary

Tahoe Forest Health System is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee ambulatory clinics across Incline Village, Tahoe City, and Truckee. You will drive service-line strategy, align clinical and operational workflows, and partner with medical directors and executive leadership to deliver high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include leading clinic operations, staffing, budgeting, performance measurement, and care coordination with IT/EHR.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5+ years relevant experience.
5+ years management experience in a hospital system or physician group.
Strong knowledge of clinic operations and service line leadership.

Responsibilities

Provides day-to-day leadership of ambulatory clinic operations across multiple locations.
Partners with service line Medical Directors in developing service line strategy.
Translates organizational strategies into actionable operational plans with standardized workflows.
Oversees staffing models, recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
Monitors budgets, productivity, and expenses to meet financial targets.
Drives continuous improvement in access, quality, and patient experience.
