Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5+ years relevant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads operational leadership across multiple locations and service lines.
• Translates organizational and service line strategies into actionable operational plans.
• Oversees staffing models, recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Establishes and monitors KPIs across access, quality, finance, and patient experience.
• Develops and manages clinic operating budgets with finance; optimizes resources.
• Partners with IT/informatics to optimize EMR workflows and care coordination.
• Serves as a liaison between clinics and system leadership; champions performance improvement.
