Job summary

Tahoe Forest Health System is seeking an Executive Director to oversee clinic services across ambulatory programs and service lines, including OBGYN, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Pediatrics, Urology and Behavioral Health. Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience in a hospital system or physician group based setting with multiple locations.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5 or more years relevant experience.
• Masters' in a related field (preferred) and certificates in billing and/or coding.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight of day-to-day clinic operations across multiple locations and service lines.
• Translates organizational and service line strategies into actionable operational plans.
• Ensures consistent implementation of standardized clinical and operational workflows.
• Leads operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, access, and patient flow.
• Oversees clinic integrations, transitions, and practice optimization.
• Oversees staffing models and resource allocation in alignment with patient demand and budget targets.
• Directs clinic leadership in recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Provides guidance and escalation support for employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Ensures adherence to scheduling, timekeeping, and labor management standards.
• Promotes a culture aligned with organizational values and Just Culture principles.
