Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partners with service line Medical Directors to develop and execute service line strategy.
• Translates organizational strategies into actionable operational plans.
• Ensures standardized clinical and operational workflows are followed.
• Leads initiatives to improve efficiency, access, and patient flow.
• Oversees clinic integrations, transitions and practice optimization.
