Job summary

Lovelace Health System in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Multi-Site Office Manager to provide operational, personnel, and financial leadership across three outpatient cardiology clinics. You will partner with physicians and clinical teams to ensure efficient scheduling, strong patient service, and compliant operations.

The role requires converting staffing needs into effective workflows, overseeing front-end activities, and guiding performance improvements across sites to support growth and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
• Eight (8) or more years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Three (3) years of experience in the healthcare environment.
• Two (2) years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for three cardiology clinic locations, ensuring consistent workflows and service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff while managing performance, staffing, employee relations, and team effectiveness.
• Partner with cardiologists, providers, and clinical teams to support patient and procedural scheduling, clinic workflows, and practice goals.
• Monitor clinic performance, including patient access, scheduling, front-end collections, billing processes, reimbursement, and operational metrics.
• Manage staffing and resources across multiple locations to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, safety, and clinical operational standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, patient experience, and practice performance.
• Manage operating and capital budgets and support the continued growth and performance of the assigned cardiology practices.
