Job summary

Lovelace Health System in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Day Shift, full-time Cardiac Cath Lab Nursing Manager to lead daily operations in the cath lab, EP and vascular labs.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling and timekeeping, partner with the director and charge team, and promote a culture of proactive communication and exceptional patient care. 3+ years cath/vascular experience and NM RN license required; bachelor's degree preferred. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 3+ years cath/vascular/interventional experience.
• Current New Mexico RN License; ARRT, paramedic or RCIS credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and scheduling of cardiac cath and EP labs, PACU, and related labs.
• Coordinate resources and work with director and charge team on strategic issues.
• Model a positive environment emphasizing communication, problem solving, and patient service.
