Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple sites, mentor Site Managers, and drive operational excellence across locations. You’ll lead with purpose and help grow a winning workplace culture.

This full-time, exempt role requires 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams, 5+ years leading multiple sites, and a strong background in retail, hospitality, or customer service. Travel is regular and you’ll partner with VPO to align growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at multiple car wash sites.
• Train and mentor Site Managers to lead their teams effectively.
